More About Me

About Me

The first time I bought a house I did it without a real estate agent, and it was one of the most stressful things I have ever done. I know now that it doesn’t have to be that way. Having an agent by your side who knows the market, understands you and your goals, can anticipate your needs, and advocates for your best interests can make buying or selling a home a rewarding, even fun, experience.

Buying? Come with me on a journey through Portland’s many and diverse communities (by  bike, on transit, or virtually)! I’ll help you get clear on your priorities, find a neighborhood you want to live in and a house that brings you joy, and win it on terms that work for you. Selling? I’ll help you step into a buyer’s shoes, bring it to market at its best, and get you the price it deserves.

About me: I’m a down-to-earth former Waldorf school teacher, mother of three and cancer survivor. I bring to my real estate work a lifelong fascination with houses and the ways people make them into homes, and a passion for helping people of all ages through their most important life transitions. You’ll find me a warm and empathetic partner with a listening ear and the energy and expertise to guide you through your process, start to finish.
